ABOUT US
Most factories and sites run on instinct, memory, and a count that's already out of date. The plant head knows what they can see; the foreman knows what they remember; the system knows what someone last typed in.
We think every floor should be able to see itself — count its own stock, read its own machines, watch its own people, and know its own progress, live. The cameras to do it are already mounted. What's been missing is the layer that reads them.
Zero Forg is that layer. We turn existing CCTV into a real-time record of the building — across people, machines, materials, and method on the factory floor, and across structure, equipment, safety, and materials on the construction site.
We spent time on real floors and real sites. We watched stock counted by hand, machines sit idle unnoticed, and safety audited once a week with a clipboard. We saw the same gap everywhere: cameras recording everything, and no one able to read them in time.
That gap is what we're closing — not with another dashboard to check, but with a vision layer that reads the feed you already run.
We're early, and the problem is large. We're looking for partners — factories, builders, and operators — who want their floor to see itself, and who'll help us tune the engine on real ground.
Meet the team building it.
