PRODUCT
Two product lines.
One vision layer.
Zero Forg runs on one computer-vision engine, pointed at two worlds: the factory floor and the construction site. Same idea both times — read the existing feed, return live structured data — applied to the things that matter in each.
PLC Metrics: Motor torque spiked to 4.2 Nm (normal range 1.8-2.5 Nm).
ERP Sync: Packing Schedule 2B expects 450 units/hr; current rate 120 units/hr.
Our Product Philosophy
Start with what's already mounted
Every floor and every site already has cameras. Our job is to read them, not replace them. We add the vision layer the hardware was always missing.
Sell the count, not the model
We don't ship detection counts as a vanity metric. We ship the answer behind them — what's on the rack, which machine is down, who's unsafe, how far the brickwork has gone. The product works when the floor lead acts on it without thinking about the model underneath.
One engine, more eyes over time
Each new camera makes the record denser and the reasoning sharper. The same vision layer that watches a warehouse aisle watches an SMT line and a construction pour. One platform, more coverage, compounding value.
